Education is an asylum to bring happiness in human life because it is not based on myths and misconception but it is based on science and fact. Indian has adopted this education character in the constitution. Indian parliament has taken the oath to complete this objective several times. As a result developed govt. schools, in villages, town and college, universities research centres with the cooperation and support of resident of Bihar. But still there are some weakness in the education centres.
But somehow there is reach of dalit , backward and poorest of the poor to education . Hence process of development of equilibrium and lawful society at Bihar is under process. But since 1993 there is promotion of temporary education work has been started. Hence developed promotion of education facilities which promote socio economic inequality at society. Hence raised issue of discussion on which type of teachers should teach which type of education curriculum.
Hence developed uncomfortable situation at govt. education department. There is no constructive system developed to resolve the burning issue and teachers , students and community are blamed for such system. It is developing conducive environment promotion for private education system. Without developing constructive education environment free and compulsory education can’t reach upto general population.
